System Tool not working

The company I work for have a subscription for the updates and system tool cd's. I have received the latest cd with Risk Assessment template on. But the template are locked and you can not use it. What is the point in selling the cd if its not usable?

I have phone the number on the cd cover and the person on the other side said he does not understand my question, and he think the cd is defective. I need to send it back. Only a few blocks on the sheet are locked and if I want to change it, it ask for a password. That mean the sheet is protected. I asked his if I could speak to someone who can explain how to unlock the sheet and he said there is nothing wrong with the program, it must be a defective cd...

I need this disc template today! If I wanted to send it back, I would have no need for it as I will get a system that works.
