Being harassed by Standard bank

Prior to us going under debt review my husband informed Standard Bank that I should be contacted regarding the account as I am the one that handles all our payments etc.she is handling this matter, this was put on their system. We then went under debt review and Standard Bank cancelled our debt review since then they have been giving me all different amounts that should be paid to prevent them from repossessing our house. I was told by Stanley from their legal department that a payment of R10 004.00 should be paid monthly which was done, but now we are once again harassed from at least 4 to 5 different people from their call centre phoning us I have record of certain days when I was phone 9 times a day. They refuse to speak to me as once again they say that my husband must go to an attorney and arrange to have power of attorney given to me, but in the past it was ok. I tried to explain to them that we are having extreme financial problems and that is why we were under debt review how on earth are we going to pay an attorney I was told by their call centre that it is not their problem. Today I was told that now I have to pay R11 500 which is over 1000 more than we arranged.
