MFC Response dissapointment

I have been trying to get hold of the MOTOR FINANCE DEPARTMENT by telephone the whole morning the phone just rings i have been holding for over 5 mins as my debit order for my car has not yet gone off and the funds are in my account... and also. Will not accept not having a debit bounce on my account due to the incompetency of the department. how are we supposed to get things sorted out if MFC just keeps you hanging.
I am really disappointed in this service received or lack there of
