Complaint about Legal advice not been rendered

I have been with Legalwise more than 12 years and stayed with them and found them to be good, but recently I have been so disappointed. I had a complaint since October - was given an attorney that did not have any knowledge at all about my case and admitted she did not have the knowledge to assist me.
They gave me another attorney after complaining the first could not help. I had one visitation and since January have got no further. A serious time in ones life when you need assistance and are not able to access the much needed advice - it makes you wonder why you are insured - False expectations when you have a life crises so important to one. They just keep telling me that it is with the claims department and just don't get any further - Honesty could go along way - But the wait and expectation of being assisted just hasn't happened in four months - How does it take so long to see an attorney who is waiting for them to get back.
Your life can be much damaged in so many ways because of false expectations - HONESTY WILL GO ALONG WAY. PLEASE TELL ME WHAT THEY ARE DOING HOLDING ME DOWN EACH DAY FOR THIS LONG.
