Clonned Card and NO REFUND - Useless service

4 transactions went off my account and I only got an SMS on the 28th of January, the following day I logged onto my Internet banking to check my accounts and noticed that there were other transacions which went off on the 25th on pay day when all my other debit orders were going off. I immediately went to the nearest branch to report it. I didnt get any feedback from the bank and after a month I contacted them, they told me they never received my claim and therefore cannot assist me. I had to resend all paper work and still didnt get any feedback, after almost 2 months of waiting they finally admitted that my card was cloned in Nelspruit and money was withdrawn on the 25th and 28th of January but they are refusing to re-imburse me coz I only reported the incident on the 29th, now my question is how was I supposed to report it if I didnt get an sms on the 25th? the only SMS which raised an alarm was received on the 28th. Yes its my account but its the bank's responsibility to ensure that my card doesnt get cloned, How is FNB's lack of security my problem? I do not spend my life scrutinizing each and every transaction that goes off my accont because I pay FNB to look after my money
