Priority Pass Query On Billing & Poor Response

I sent an email on 31st may 2013 to my private banker querying charges on my Priority Pass card. The priority pass card was part of a new package I took with Absa Wealth some while ago, this was with my Private banker who is no longer with Absa wealth. At the time I was told by the Private Banker that the priority pass could be used at any airport free of charge.

During May 2013 I started to notice large deductions on my bank account which I queried with Tshepo Seeta via email on 31 May 2013. To date this issue has not been resolved to my satisfaction, and I have had to request via email action which seemed to be ignored. I have escalated to Dirk Swanevelder and received no response. I had a telephone call from Tshepo on 21st November stating that nothing could be done. However I have responded via email to say I am not happy with the outcome, and further the amount of time and the way the query has been handled needs to be escalated. To date no response via email.
