Mislead and Cheated

I was insured with Anderson Underwriters and i was happy but my only worry was that underson was only in Johanessburg. The Consultant from First for Women called and told they had a better offer for me. the offer was was almost the same as what i had, i told them i cannot take it. a week later the consultant phoned me again telling me they have a better offer wich is still the same but cheaper. it cheaper. i took it.
then on 10/12/2012 i had a car accident, the car lost controll and rolled. i phone first for Women they sent a tow truck to tow the car to Sasolburg the i asked how was i gonna get home. She told me i must ask for a lift from a tower, but he was going to Sasolburg and i was going to Pretoria. i had to ask for a lift from the people that were there on the accident scene. The whole of December i heard nothing from them and i kept on phoning them and they told me my consultant was Maxwell Ganyane, everytime i phoned he was doing the paperwork, then on 14/01/2013 after phoning him again he phone and told me that the insurance will not pay for the damages because im not insured for that they can only pay if its a write off. Iam cheated and mislead taken advantage of.
