BAD SERVICE

I would hereby like to complain about an insurance company called IBUSO who is under written by Mutual and Federal. They called me to offer me car insurance even though i was already insured with First for women. After listening to their offer and accepting it i then cancelled my first for women insurance and advised them of this. They promised to send me a policy schedule and i had to call them numerous times to follow up. I then decided to advise them that i am no longer interested. Not once did they apologise for the inconvenience and they treated me like they are doing me some kind of favour. I AM SO DISGUSTED AND I WOULD NOT ADVISE ANYONE TO TAKE OUT INSURANCE WITH THEM!!!
