This most probably the worst service I have ever received from a Bank. After countless phone calls, back and forth emails, Endless holding I eventually managed to get my documents in the precise order and manner you required. This after I had to resend the docs 3- 4 times due to you every time finding something else that was not initialled correctly or some other problem. I have been between branches, help lines and email and I am now tired. I have received sms's stating that my internet banking has been activated. I have received Emails to deposit a R100 to activate my account. All this I have done.

Still I can not register for internet banking nor can I use my card. Nobody can help. Your call centre is useless.

I don't understand why after all these emails, phone calls, collecting of documents etc I now have to go into a branch to activate my account.

I am tired and done with FNB. Please advise me how I can get my R100 back from you and never ever ever have to deal with

I just revceived a phonecall. Please pay R1100 to activate you online banking. Every time another story. No Thank you. Please close my account, if it was even open.
