No Tansfers to handed over account

It is the inconvienience that goes with it, I can pay everything by internet transfer but not a handed over credit card account. I must take off from work for _ 1Hour per week to go to the bank to pay an account. Cost to me _ R400.00 per month. They are so living in the middle ages they never heard of an suspence account where you pay money into with the card number as a reference this is absolutely ridiculous. I am not allowed phone calls during working hours
