CANNOT BELIEVE IT!!! Tried since after 09:00 this morning it is now 11:16 - to assist me to link my NEW (Bank sent - without my request) Credit Card to my current check account profile. Each time I have tried, I have been CUT off!!! I am shocked at this, as I am not even able to transfer money into my OWN credit card account - I have even sent a "secure message" from the internet site - on which I did not even get a reply. AGAIN, THIS IS SHOCKING!!! I do NOT want to change banks just because I have been with Standard Bank since I was 16 years old, but seriously, is this what I will have to go through each time they decide to send or upgrade my account?
