Worst ATM's eve

At the sunward park shopping centre there are 3 ATM's located just outside the main entrance to the centre. One for transfers and banking services, the other two where you can withdraw money, on average thou only one of the two withdrawl ATM's actually work. Today again when trying to withdraw money my transaction was cancelled due to a 'technical error'. This affected 3 other people while i was in the queue waiting for my turn, so as per usual i had to withdraw money from the FNB ATM, which always works but I have to pay additional charges for this. These ATM's are always in poor condition and I have reported this to the branch located in the centre but nothing was ever done. Most of the time the ATM's screens are pushed in skew, one is offline and in general are in poor condition. It has come to a point, where I as a prestige banker would like someone to contact me and arrange to close my accounts this weekend due to Standard being just that - Standard and nothing to write home about.
