After being robbed at home, I called Outsurance to register a claim, the lady on the other end bombarded me with millions of questions, I obliged hoping that this traumatic incident will now be behind me and my family. I asisted where I could, sent receipts and photos etc showing these guys what was. I was relieved when I was advised that my claim was settled and hoping to revert back to some sort of normality. I later find out that Outsurance want to replace my stuff with incorrect inferior items. what a waste of my time. I took the time to send supporting documentation and prove what I owned. Outsurance gives me the cheapest, entry level items available on the market. This is obviously a cost saving excercise that going to loose your brand alot of clients. Can someone help with advice or point me in the right direction to sort this matter out. Is this a way Outsurance imdemnifies their clients. All I want is to be in the same position before this incident happened..
