My TV was from the outbuilding that I occupy. Outsurance says they are not paying out because "there were no visible signs of forced entry". I had gone to work and left my 9year old daughter in there. She had subsequently gone into the main house. What was I supposed to do? Lock my daughter in so when the got there there "would be visible sighns of forced entry"? knows what would have happened had the found her in there! She could have been hurt, or even killed! I will be cancelling my policy with Outsurance because I obviously do not have cover since I am in an outbuilding. I used to work for outsurance and still considered myself to be part of the family. I spoke very highly of them and even got clients to sign up with them. NEVER Again! I will tell everyone I know (which is a lot since I used to be in the motor industry and am still in the Sales game) NOT TO INSURE WITH OUTSURANCE. Most of my family is with Outsurance and as from Monday, I personally will be assisting them in getting quotes from different insurers!
