Absolutely NO logical workflow for this

My father passed away over a year ago.
My father's best friend (who SOLD him multiple policies) helped us fill in all the forms - we chopped down trees to fill in all the forms and attach photocopies
SOME of these policies remain UNSETTLED
We cannot follow these up, we are not the owner of the policy - hello, the owner is DEAD he is now dust!
I wonder, I wonder how many people don't ever get their settlement, there's a thought
WHY don't you have a single department dealing with this. If the person is dead for one policy - CLEARLY the same person is dead for ALL OTHER OM POLICIES!!!
HOW can a global company, which is supposed to have such a fabulous reputation, have such a dismal, wait - NON EXISTENT workflow for deceased estate? I am definitely NOT going to purchase anymore policies through OM, I definitely do not want my beneficiaries to go through this. OH and another matter, WHY bother to nominate beneficiaries if OM can arbitrarily decide to do something else - not that you did with my father's LA - but apparently you COULD HAVE, how now - that's a new thing for me.
OM - you are not living up to the brand name that you like to put out there, settle these policies!!!
