APPLIED FOR A GOLD VALUE BUNDLE

I have been with ABSA for about 8 years and I currently have a Platinum credit card with absa as well as a savings account. I have applied now 3 times for a gold value bundle and up to today I have not been successful. The last person I spoke to eve gave me a reference number: 42155830009 but when I phoned ABSA now and they don't even have the reference number on their system. How difficult can it be to approve me for this product???
