Cards delivered to a wrong branch

I ordered my cheque and credit card a week ago. I called at the Centurion branch where I was transferred to the card division. I SPECIFICALLY TOLD THE CONSULTANT THAT I WANTED MY CARDS TO BE DELIVERED AT THE CENTURION BRANCH. I GOT A CALL AND AN SMS THAT MY CARDS HAVE BEEN DELIVERED ONLY TO FIND THAT THEY WERE SENT TO MALL AT REEDS, I WONDER WHO DECIDED TO TAKE IT THERE. NOW I CANNOT USE MY ACCOUNTS SINCE I DONT HAVE MY CARDS. WHAT A PAIN NOW I HAVE TO CALL AND EXPLAIN AS TO WHAT HAPPENED. MAKES ONE WONDER THE ABOUT THE SERVICE DELIVERY, DONT PPL NOTE WHEN YOU CALL THAT IM ORDERING THIS CARDS TO BE DELIVERED TO THIS PLACE SINCE IT IS CLOSE TO ME. GRRR
