Delay in Provident Fund Payout

Resigned March 2013. Claim submited 13 March 2013. Unfortunately there was a delay in paying out my claim seeing that I have changed my surname. Was Promised that my Provident fund will be paid on 23 April. Until today nothing has been sorted out yet. Not once have they phoned my to give me feedback, they never returned any of my calls, I am totally in the dark and tired of waitng for money that belongs to me
