I signed up for Discovery Insure because of the DQ points system. After some time I phoned to inquire about the policy schedule I never received. When I eventually got it, it was full of mistakes including vital info like my home address! I tried to get them to fix THEIR ERRORS but somehow they think if they call you once and can't get hold of you it is enough and then your responsibility to get back to them. If this is the effort Discovery put in to GET my business I can only think what it will be like when I actually want to CLAIM!

Maybe they have enough clients and really do not care about my business. Me on the other hand have to count my cents and I am very particular about who I give my hard earned money to.

Just a tip: You are not doing your customers a favor by allowing them to join your scheme. Treat them like you WANT their business and you may be able to retain more customers in future!!
