I would just like to compliment Discovery Insure on how they treat their customers. I initiated a claim for my car and received excellent service. Keep it up. The only thing I think could be done to improve the service is to keep your customers in the loop regarding the process. Perhaps you could look into having a "track your claim" application. Keep it up.
