Discovery don't pay out!!!

I've been with discovery for almost 2 years, my handbag with my whole life and cellphones was out of my car. For me it was a terrible experience as I need to start collecting the last 10 years of my life!! Discovery just didn't give a. My cellphones was specified but because my car wasn't damaged when they jammed my locking system they refuse to pay out my claim. I'm paying them a premium of R2500.00 a month and they repudiate a claim for R12000.00. It's like the umbrella story, they hand out umbrellas to everyone as a promo as soon as it starts raining they want it back!!! Well done Discovery, you just lost 10000 Customers, because I will tell everyone how you handle your customers!!! Newspapers here we come!!!
