DO I ACTUALLY OWE YOU

I called in numerous times to get balances on my accounts, told to phone here and there and here and there with yet no response to where my accounts are!!! I then went into the branch spoke to the Manager of wynberg branch with my girlfriend asking them to give her power of attorney on all my accounts to deal with Standard bank and they cant find anything on system so they called around and said they dont have answers now but i should calll one of there 0861 numbers in a few days. A few days have passed and still no-one seems to know where the account is (both loan and overdraft) Who in heavens name can give me answers, i wanted to settle the accounts today and still no answer. Please can someone please please help and i am completely dissapointed by this!!!
