Kindly note that I applied for an advance account in June, all accounts were suppose to have been paid, the standard bank accounts I requested to be closed. Firstly wrong amounts were paid into incorrect accounts, once that was done I then needed to wait for them to send me the proof that the standard bank accounts has been closed, I kept on emailing and calling the consultant at the branch, I then escalated it to the branch manager who got someone else to work on it, I was then told by that consultant that it needed to go to the CCA Fulfillment for them to do that, do date I havent heard anything, so no one follows up, I as the customer needs to follow up? what type of service is that? I was promised that I would not have to pay if any interest occured as the bank are the ones taking so long to get it closed, I was advised that the debit order needed to be loaded by the CCA Fulfillment as well, but how can the bank start chagring me when they havent followed throuhg with everything 100%. I need my standard bank accounts to be closed I will deal with the external creditors, onces the standard bank accounts have been closed I need the proof to be emailed to me.
