No response from the claims department

I have the Paint tech Auto Body Warranty Insurance with Regent Insurance. for the last two weeks i have spent an average of 30mins everyday trying to lodge a complaint, either i am tossed from one agent to the other until the phone cuts - two weeks i cant get to the right urgent. I am so disappointed in this service.
