Still no response from regent on declined claim

I have logged a complaint 2 weeks ago from which I received an email that you are busy looking into the complaint. Complaint number 10582 was given to me. I have even got a sms to respond NO if no one has called me. I did response with "NO"

I am still waiting on Regent to sort this out.
