MOTORMEND A RIP OFF!

I have a motor mend policy 4. I have a suspension problem with my vehicle and the recommended repair company tried to claim the R4000 allowed for the repairs (which amount to approx. R9000) and were told that it is not covered by the policy. This is the second time that I have tried to use the policy and the 1st time the repair, even though listed under components was also not covered. What am I paying the policy for, the company is a total rip off. Please do not ever try take a policy out with this company, all they do is take your money.
