Cancellation of policy without my knowledge

I would just like to express my sincere disappoint in MFC (Innovation Group) for just cancelling my mfc autobody warranty policy without my knowledge. On the next customer please be professional and have the decency to inform people that you took it upon yourselves to cancel the policy without consulting anyone. It is very embarrasing expecting to be covered by MFC Innovation Group only to be told that unprofessional people are handling your policy and they are no longer covering you. I have never defaulted on payment by now MFC has defaulted on covering a dent claim now I have to pay from my own pocket
