Nedbank does it again

Nedbank is such a rip off, they are quick to reverse payments without even notifying the customer about the transaction. Why can't Nedbank call the client in such cases instead of reversing an amount. They just want to charge R150 for unpaid megatype for no reason.

Make your clients aware then give them a chance to rectify the problem.
