Banking with ABSA for twenty years. Received notification in December 2012 that Fica documents need to be submitted. Have submitted three times already and yet the account remains frozen - called (again) today - their response: "... an internal problem...". Now really Absa, freezing an account over December for this reason and then providing service like this for the past three months?
