Taking money out of my account in ERROR!!!

On the 10/04/2013, I went to the Capitec ATM located outside of the Capitec Goldman Street branch to draw funds. I tried drawing R500 & I got a "TRANSACTION DECLINED" slip & no money was dispensed. I attempted drawing the money again & on the second attempt the R500 was dispensed. I thereafter noticed that 2 messages were received on my phone reflecting that the R500 was taken twice from my account. I went into the branch to report it & spoke to a consultant, Kagiso. He called Capitec's Helpdesk to report this problem, on the first attempt, the person he spoke to - without taking absolutely any details whatsoever just told him that they will investigate & ended the call. When i brought this up, Kagiso called in once again & the call was logged & they advised that an "ATM Dispute Form" be filled out & forwarded for investigation which will be sorted out within 24hours. I did this and further gave my slips to attach. Since this time & after spending a considerable amount of time at the branch, further calling in several times I STILL HAVE NO RESOLUTION! Yesterday they tell me that they need 14 days to return MY money that they took out in error. THIS IS SCARY!!!
