On the 11th of October I went to Middelburg Mall and decided to draw some money. I went to the atm withdrew some money, I then went to the self service machine to get a statement for the month. While I was busy the machine froze. I called the security guard who advised that I must go inside. I went into the bank and spoke to an Indian lady and explained my situation who went to speak to a lady at enquiries. She came back and told me that the lady at enquiries will assist me when she finishes with the current customer. She will go and open up the machine and get my card. I waited and she finished with the customer and carried on assisting other customers. The line got longer and longer and she just ignored me and the fact that my card was stuck in a machine outside and someone could actually take it if the machine decides to unfreeze. I eventually stood in the line and was assisted by a white lady. Thia lady that I'm complaining about did not have a name tag, she is coloured and on that day she had a light brown jersey on. The service I received is unacceptable because they could allocated someone to go and take my card out of the machine especially with so much card happening
