I submitted a claim for repairs on my phone, took me 5 days to be able to submit the claim. After good service from Wayne - he rerouted my call, I was put through to a lady by the name of Cleopatra. From the first moment she was very offencive and in a bad mood.

I requested her to inform me of when the Repair person would collect my phone she started speaking loudly and told me she would do it when she is finished with me. What I in fact wanted to determine or explain to me was that I am not in the office 24/7. She clearly was not in the mood, after a huge battle she gave me the details of Willie. I phoned Willie who was much more helpful and sorted everything out for me.

This morning Cleopatra phoned me very offensive and rude to tell me repairs was authorized on my phone, when I wanted to ask her what the way forward will be she said agh please Mam and dropped the phone in my ear, she should not be allowed to work with clients, and I will definitely move my policy to a company who wants to work with me. She is rude and has no manners.

I know that I will be able to complain here and nothing will be done to her - just glad we have a forum to lodge a complaint.
