THIS IS ACTUALLY THE SECOND COMPLAIN IM PLACING AND IM STILL NOT GETTING THE HELP I EXPECTED TO GET COUPLE OF WEEKS BACK I SENT IN ACOMPLAIN ABOUT MY PHONE THAT WAS SENT IN FOR REPAIRS, WELL THE FOLLWING DAY THEY PHONED AND TOLD ME A GENTLE MAN BY THE NAME OF ASHLY WILL BE DEALING WITH MY COMPLAINT WELL IT WAS ALL PROMSING AS IF IM GETTING THE HELP I NEEDED, ASHLY THAN PHONED ME THE NEXT DAY AND WANTED SOME DETAILS FROM ME IT WAS UNFORTUNATE THAT HE PHONED AND I WAS NO HOME SO I ASKED FOR HIS NUMBER AND TOLD HIM I WILL HONE HIM AS SOON AS I GET HOME, SO I PHONED HIM BACK WHEN I GOT HOME AND GIVE HIM THE DETAILS HE WANTED THAN HE SAID HE WILL PHONE ME BACK WHEN HE DID HE SAID HE COULD NOT GET THROUGH GALLERIA LINES APPARENTLY THEY ARE BUSY SO I WAITED FOR HIM TO GET BACK TO ME AND HE DID NOT I PHONED HIM AGAIN YESTERDAY ASKING HIM WHAT WAS HAPPENING SO HE SAID HE WILL PHONE BACK AND HE ENDED UP NOT PHONING ME IT IS NOT THE FIRST TIME DOING THIS IM REALY FAILING TO UNDERTSAND WHAT REALLY TAKING MY PHONE SO LONG FOR REPAIRS WHEN I WAS TOLD ITS TAKES ABOUT 14 TO 20 WORKING DAYS AND ITS BEEN 2 MONTHS NOW, AND WHAT UPSETS ME THE MOST THE EMPTY PROMISES THEY MAKING.BAD CUSTOMER SERVICES
