Car Accident Claim not Finalised since 23 Feb 2013

Claim Number: CL0075626. Policy Number: 1319746:- My vehicle was repaired afre aa accident and collected on 23 February 2013. The panel beater was not paid up till today. They submitted the neccessary documents for payment three tmes now. The panel beater phones me everyday, because I am an employee of FNB. I have been trying to phone the Call Centre on numerous times on numbers( - 17 calls), but only get promises. Numbers I have dialed: 0860645801, 0875774088, 0877367718, 0860328328, 0877387716. The local office also tried to help me, but they (also) either can't get throuhg or get promises.. Greta Molope promised me to pay the palel beater since middle of March 2013. I have send her e-mails but don't get any response. I am ashamed to say I work for FNB!
