Once again, ABSA stops responding

This report is in response to my last report that went unresolved. (https:///absa/complaints/international-service-pathetic-1025269)
After initially getting some help from them, their correspondence stopped, as usual. I followed up with them numerous times to find out what that status of my issue was, with no response, from either Adrian Matthews or Pravesh Bejay, who were the ones that contacted me initially to resolve my issue. It has been more than two months since my original issue. Great job ABSA. You as usual.
