ACCESS MY ONLINE BANKING PROFILE WITHOUT MY NOTICE

I WENT INTO MY FNB ONLINE BANKING PROFILE THIS MORNING & NOTICED THAT THERE WAS ANOTHER ACCOUNT ADDED TO MY PROFILE WHICH I WAS NOT AWARE OF.I THEN CONTACTED THE BANK WHERE THEY ASKED ME IF I HAD TAKEN OUT A LOAN & I SAID NO.A WHILE AFTER THAT THEY CONTACTED ME & TOLD ME IT WAS APPARENTLY A PREVIOUS CHEQUE ACCOUNT THAT I HAD WITH THEM IN 2006.I AM NOT AWARE OF THIS ACCOUNT, NOR AWARE WHAT HAS BEEN GOING ON.FNB HAS GONE BEHIND MY BACK & ADDED AN ACCOUNT TO MY BANKING PROFILE WITHOUT MY NOTICE & WITHOUT MY AUTHORISATION.THIS MEANS THAT THEY HAVE VIOLATED MY PRIVACY & HAVE DONE SOMETHING ILLEGAL.WHEN I CONTACTED THEM AGAIN, I SPOKE TO THE RELATIONSHIP MANAGER & REQUESTED THAT THEY IMMEDIATELY REMOVE THIS STRANGE ACCOUNT OFF OF MY BANKING PROFILE & SORT THIS OUT & THAT IF THEY DID NOT DO THIS, I WILL REPORT THEM ON HELLO PETER, REPORT THEM AT THE BEELD NEWSPAPER FORUM, REPORT THEM AT THE BANKING OMBUDSMAN, THREATENED TO TAKE MY BUSINESS & PERSONAL ACCOUNT AWAY FROM THEM & SAID THAT IF THEY TOUCH ANY OF MY MONEY I WILL LAY CRIMINAL CHARGES AGAINST THEM.THE RELATIONSHIP MANAGER SAID & I QUOTE: "YOU DO THAT MAM!! ARE THEY EVEN ALLOWED TO ACCESS MY BANKING PROFILE WITHOUT MY AUTHORISATION?
