Efusal to cancel a policy

I spoke to one of your saleperson and specifical told her that i no longer wanted the policy since i got a cheaper quotes from somewhere else, and the saleperson refused to cancel the policy and went ahead and implementeed the unwanted policy and ever since outsurance has been deducting from my bank without my consent. i am requesting that one of your salesperson call me with regards to this matter because if not i will be contacting ombudsman for assistance. i am tired of going to the bank for reversals.
