Standard Bank take money from they clients account

Std bank funeral policy: I requsted to change my debit date on 2x of my policy 1x changed other didn't, I was told dat I didn't menstion for both policies, I went to 2 branch 4x and my bank cudnt help. FP said it was a system error, the next time I called they where blaming each other (staff members) hoow proffional is that. they said they will look into da matter we going into da 4 month and nothing done. In da process the bank has charged me bank chargers totalling to -R800. Each time I was on the pone wud them I spent 30 -45 mins on the phone. Another issue was when I went into da bank to do stop orders the teller 'said' it was done in the mean time I was suppose to sign some forms. And guess what I ended up paying r1500 in bank charges. I have being dealing with std bank for 11 years and this is what they do.
