I won't pay for their negligence

26 October 2012 i closed a student account and opened an access account at the westville branch.i later received calls from standard bank saying u owe - R1500 on bank charges on the student account.i then recently went to the Albert street branch where i was told a complaint will b logged and Jeffrey would contact me on the next day which was gona be Thursday but he has not contacted me.
