Even the head office is usless

I have been trying to resolve this issue of the student account i closed on 2012-10-25 but even today no one has resolved it.i have know done there job and found out who was responsible for closing that account. sales agent. A34187. Branch westville durban kwazulu natal. BT-5426. identified by Zanele Cynthia z ntuli. now i hope that someone from standard bank will be able to look into this and hopeful get it resolved.
