I initially had a torrid time in getting my Ipad delivery, Firstly the wrong product was delivered then I was told it would take a further 3 weeks. Then I received a call from Marcia Miles who went beyond what I would call average service and made sure that my delivery was done with 2 days.
The service levels of Marcia was beyond anything I have ever expereinced and being a new FNB customer, I was happy that I had changed my bank.
I would like to thank Marcia for assisting me with this problem and ensuring that the FNB flag was flying high with her determined service levels.
