Disgusting Avis rental for Discovery Insure client

I am a Discovery Insure client and my wife received her Avis rental yesterday which was conveniently dropped off at her office (this after Avis failed to have the car ready on time even though it was arranged months ago).

Unfortunately she only checked the outside of the car (had minor bumps and scratches) but failed to inspect the interior of the car.. well this is where it makes my hair STAND UP, besides the putrid smell, the entire car inside is completely covered in what looks like red mud/sand (like it was used as a bakkie to move dirt), all the seats are disgusting and you wouldnt want to sit on them, and to top it off Avis Midrand aren't able to help us.. how can anyone in their right mind give their client a car that smells and looks like this??

I have been on the phone with both Avis/Discovery since 8am and it is now after 6pm and I still haven't been helped. This is in spite of 25 phone calls to both companies.

I refuse to drive this car anywhere. It will remain in my driveway until someone fetches it.. to top it off, it is dangerous to drive since the right front tyre is partially deflated and potentially a tyre burst risk.. safety first right Discovery!
