I settled my account at the end of November 2012, but by the middle of January their failure to update this information with ITC and their collection agents (Bham & Dahya Attorneys) is still resulting in a negative credit profile for myself, and their collection agents putting pressure on me to pay my account, and also add interest to what they believe I still owe.
