Alexander Forbes sitting on my Pension money

After 5 years of being boarded from work because of an incurable illness I retire in less than a month. The Sowetan, for whom I worked, and I are desperately trying to get AlexForbes to release the paper work about my pension fund so that my finadviser can re-invest it. We are being pushed from pillar to post. AlexForbes simply don't seem to care that this is a critical matter and yet they deal with releasing penion fund money and deal with these processes every day. Received ONE email from Ms Van Renen, the fund manager, to say she would pass my concern on to the agent responsible. Sowetan was told a month ago that my case was being "handled" and "everything is under control". I NEED HELP TO GET THIS MONEY RELEASED AND HOW MUCH IS OWING TO ME SO THAT WE CAN REINVEST IT ACCORDING THE SARS RULES. I AM AT A LOSS. HOW CAN ALEXFORBES BE SO LACKSADAISICAL?? And uncaring?
