FNB Insurance Brokers
Client is just a number - no response

A building claim was submitted through FNB Insurance brokers in the 3 quarter last year. It took them a a very long time to finalist the claim with hardly any feedback. I have been battling to get Daphney from FNB and Adel Barnard from MLA Port Elizabeth to respond to mails and to finalizet the repairs. There is no feedback and it's the worst service that I experienced from any company ever. I will move to Discovery Insure as soon as the work to my property is completed.
