FNB Insurance Brokers
No Response on Claim

I was a victim of a on the 6th January 2013. I have an insurance cover from FNB. I made an insurance claim to FNB Insurance brokers towards the end of January 2013. I have filled all the proper documentation and done all the necessary work to make my claim a reality. I have even paid my excess amount and I am still waiting for feedback from FNB. I need my laptop back for work purposes and this is highly inconveniencing in many many aspects. My claim number is CL00074553. Am I ever going to receive my laptop back? If not, please say so, I need to change insurance companies. This is totally not fair. It is now April and I am yet to receive even a phone call from FNB.
