Arrear bocked my consolodation

I logged a complain to Old Mutual for being misled by the agent who called me for collection, she made arrangement for me not knowing that the arrangement will bind me not to make consolidation as I was promised. My aim was for them to double debit my arrears the manager (Rishka Arendse) emailed me that they will remove my arrear block so that I can qualify for consolidation as they listened to the call and find out that the agent misled me. When I went there they told me that I'm still in 1 month arrears, that means I do not qualify for consolation. I asked for the manager to call me as she told me that I should call her when I'm going there, she didn't reply. The other thing they said my reward is going to be one month premium, as I called for them to explain to me. Now they are harassing me with phone calls for collection as they didn't settle my query this is not good make your client happy first and collect the money and you will see how your client will pay the installments. It was not my fault to be on arrears, why now do I have to pay for the consequences. I asked not to be called at my work land line as my managr is not happy with that they are persisting doing that.
