MFC not willing to compromise

Good day,
Yesterday much to my surprise, I received a call from BankCol to come 'uplift' my vehicle. I was retrenched May thisyear due to medical reasons. I lodged a disability claim with Momentum and are awaiting payout. I explained this to the collection agent and asked her if we can make an arrangement to spread the arrears over the balance of my contract, she told me that she cannot this, I must sell my vehicle. The 1stAug I contacted her for a settlement offer to see what my o/s balance was to get an idea what I am going to pay when Momentum pays me out. She only sent this to me on the 28Aug. On the 11Sep I contacted MFC directly as I was not happy wit Gertrude's service and asked them again if I can make an arrangement with my arrears. They referred me to Gertrude again. To date she has not got back to me. Now MFC wants to 'uplift' my vehicle. They have not giving me fair chance to make an arrangement with the arrears. I askedon the 4Apr to have my credit life insurance reinstated. It was never done. If the department that is responsible for this did what they had to do then I would not sit with the problem I am faced now. All I am asking is to make an arrangement.
