I had an issue with my geyser where i was told someone was gonna come to assess the extent of the damage and resolve it. No one did and i decided to cancel due to lack of service. I was transferred to Nkosie Mthembu, a Snr Retention Specialist who not only handled the issue diligently but even updated my policy from R3000 vehicle excess to no excess at all, with a cheaper installment. He convinced me to stay and even offered to drop off a Miway sticker at my premises. That for me was going the extra mile.
