Worst service ever recieved

I am disgusted with the entire team of Discovery Credit Card!!! Something really simple (like a credit card increase) has turned into a nightmare. I was approved for an increase to R57 000. I asked for an increase to R11 000... I have never dealt with so many people who have absolutely no idea of what they are doing. Sadly I will not be switching my insurance either due to this bad service and I an considering cancelling all products I hold with Discovery.

Really disappointed.
